As a new month begins, filled with flowers and sun, it seems as though there is no better time than now to begin a self care regimen for yourself.
Without taking care of yourself, you can go in a downward spiral of all sorts of mixed emotions.
This is why I created the Self care checklist. Please feel free to print them off and get great use out of them. Hang them on your fridge as a reminder of how important YOU are!
Every Sunday, take a moment and plan out your week of how you are going to take care of yourself each and every day for the week ahead.
Be mindful of your mood before and after and make note. Check in regularly and add in any other ideas for self care you may love and perhaps someone else can find something new! Fill me in with how this helps you.
